    do you know how to add custom formatting to the HTML code in the widget? That’s what I’m having trouble with. I want a thin horizontal band in the header widget that contains my opt in form but I don’t knwo how to format the form.

    If this helps, here is my form code…. is there somewhere in there I can format it so it is a thin horizontal band?

    <div class="AW-Form-1991648522"></div>
    <script type="text/javascript">(function(d, s, id) {
    var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
    if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
    js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
    js.src = "http://forms.aweber.com/form/22/1991648522.js";
    fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
    }(document, "script", "aweber-wjs-wrponqipd"));
    </script>

    thanks

    you could try the “header widget” – you have to activate it in the settings and then it will show up in the widget section. Add a text box and paste the HTML.
