Hi guys,

I need some help please.

I’d like to know how to add a widget on my website, not on the sides, not at the bottom but on top of the website, just below the head picture. I’d like to add a chatbox there. I can’t find a way to do it. If I could place a widget somewhere there, I could insert the html code on that widget.

Please help me out.

you could try the “header widget” – you have to activate it in the settings and then it will show up in the widget section. Add a text box and paste the HTML.

do you know how to add custom formatting to the HTML code in the widget? That’s what I’m having trouble with. I want a thin horizontal band in the header widget that contains my opt in form but I don’t knwo how to format the form.

Sorry but I can’t help you on that.

The only thing I do is pasting the HTML code in a text widget and that’s it. I’m not able to customize anything in widget, it’s weird we don’t have that ability. I’d like to make links in some text widget but I can’t.
