    We may know the solution for this issue. But, you know, we need to look at the live site to suggest you a better solution.

    Take those tags off from excerpt options and try again.

    i got it working by deleting and re doing each parent and child page as there must have been something bad in one of them pages its working now and thanks for the help previously hopefully this topic is fully resolved now
