It's been a few days and adsense is still not showing any ads

But, don’t forget to generate a sitemap!
You can submit your sitemap at Google Webmaster tools. It increases your SEO.
I’m not sure if you noticed. I’m by all means a beginner. How do I generate the sitemap and submit it to Google Webmaster tools?

What’s the widest size you think I can do?
I’d try to stay at 1280 or less to look good on smaller monitors (at least until most of them are gone).
I think the site map and everything is set (I did it over the weekend), but adsense is still not showing. When do I know if something else is wrong, because it showed fine until I updated the theme.
Also, since I’ve submitted my sitemap, I’ve been getting a couple of these emails:
New user registration on your site ShutoutCentral:
Username: AyoBeno799
E-mail: sales@imsave.com
Did I do something wrong?
Thanks!

Do you mean that you actually had ads showing up for a while?
I’ve been getting a couple of these emails:
These are new user registrations. A lot of these people are registering just in the hope of spamming your site. (They don’t understand about WP and
nofollow, apparently. They should read this.)You can disable this by going to General Settings and unticking the box marked “Anyone can register”. You can delete them from the “Users” pane.
