Install Issues – trying to find answers and failing horribly

    Are you on multisite? If so, is the helper plugin network enabled, and activated on the site in question?

    (For some reason, I seem to remember that you were running multisite. I may be mistaken, however.)

    Oops! the theme helper keeps deactivating along with the Any mobile theme switcher. I guess there’s more to this problem. Any ideas?



    What seems to happen is the theme helper is stuck in a non activated state despite my clicking to network activate.



    Hi – I’ve repeatedly tried to delete and re-install these 3. Afterwhich it works on one site of the network and then not on another. If I deactivate it then stops working on the other site.

    How would I go about completely deleting the database of these files in order to perform a clean install?

    Sorry for all the q’s but I did pay for the mobile theme and the support was part of it. Hope you can help

    I’m not sure if it’s a compatibility issue with the Helper plugin. Let’s wait for a developer to chime in. It’s been a while since I worked with multisite.
