Graphene-mobile update failure
-
I have a paid-for copy of graphene mobile on my main website (9 downloads still available).
I have a test-website (created with XCloner). I want to do an “update now” to v1.2.8 of graphene mobile on my test-website.
I get error message “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”. In advice to a previous post-er you suggested using settings to update the api key. I have tried inputting the api key on the test-website but I still get above error message.

Try doing the update again as WordPress caches the update link for some time. If you’re still having issues, let me know the email that you used when purchasing the theme.
Still same result. I didnt want to post my email address publicly, so I have sent it to you via the contact-me form

When you perform the update, before the error message is displayed you should be able to see the URL that WordPress is trying to download the update from. Can you copy and paste the entire URL here?

Try updating again. It should be working now.
The update has worked perfectly – thank you for speedy assistance
Marking thread as resolved. You can do this yourself as well.
Hi there
I’m having the exact same issue. What should I do?
Is it perhaps the case that your server no longer recognises my api key?
I’m also not able to download the zip package from my purchase email any longer.
