Graphene Mobile Neo Helper plugin is causing my site (being developed) to not load correctly

Quote:I tried all the items you listed in your post exactly as you instructed. The one consistent thing that happens is as soon as i activate graphene Neo Mobile helper, the site messes up. If I deactivate it, it works.
I have gone into my hosting account and uploaded it that way, & I have the same issue. If it would be helpful, I can try to send screenshots.
I also reinstalled a fresh copy from the site where I purchased the original theme.

OK, in that case can you send us a screenshot of the settings in WP Admin > Settngs > Any Mobile Theme?
And just to confirm, the issue happens as well even when using the TwentyFourteen theme?
I tried it with the 2014 theme and I have to redo all of the widgets when I switch back.
not sure if this is the norm or not. Also I tried using the regular graphene mobile in case that’s how I needed to go if this didn’t work and it said that one was completely corrupted. Not sure if you’re aware of the problem with that theme.

Not sure if you can see this; forum wouldn’t let me paste a screen shot. I can email you it.

OK, try disabling all plugins except GM Neo Helper and Any Mobile Theme Switcher so I can take a look.
Admin
OK, it does appear to be working properly when all other plugins are disabled, so this issue is likely caused by a plugin conflict. Try activating the other plugins one at a time and check if things working correctly.
