Graphene Mobile Neo Helper plugin is causing my site (being developed) to not load correctly

Over the past couple of days, I’ve noticed that when I try checking the website I’m developing on my Android device, I get a website won’t load; relooping error. I tried deactivating several plugins and found that when I deactivated the Graphene Mobile Neo Helper plugin it fixed the problem.

I tried deleting the theme and reinstalling it, but the same thing happens. Furthermore, when I tried clicking the support link on the plug in, I got a 404 Error.

    Help!!

    Hello,

Try the following actions and see if any of them resolves the issue:

    1. Go to WP Admin > Settings > Permalink, and then save the permalink settings.

    2. Try deactivate all plugins except GM Neo Helper Plugin and the Any Mobile Theme Switcher plugin.

    3. Try switching to the default TwentyFourteen theme while the above two plugins are active.

Let us know if any of the above works. That’ll help to pinpoint where the issue is.

Nope. Still have the “This webpage has a redirect loop” message come up on my Android device.

I deactivated Graphene Mobile Neo Helper and the site came back up.

I think the problem is with that plug in.

I went to the plug in and clicked the “support link” and got a 404 error.

Furthermore, I tried uploading the regular Graphene Mobile theme, and it said it was broken. Help!

Definitely that plug in. As soon as I activate it, the site won’t come up at all (desktop or mobile). As soon as I deactivate it, the site comes up. Is there some fix coming? Thanks.

That plugin isn’t causing this problem for the rest of us, so it’s possible you might have a buggy copy.

Try deleting that plugin via FTP, and then reinstalling a fresh copy.

Have you tried all three items I’ve listed above? If not please do them as described and let us know if they fix the issue or not. They are important to help us determine where the issue is. For example, if the site works when all plugins are deactivated except GM Neo Helper and Any Mobile Theme Switcher, then we’ll know that it’s a plugin conflict somewhere.

Also, what are the theme settings in WP Admin > Settngs > Any Mobile Theme?

We would like to resolve this as much as you do, but because we don’t have full access to the site, we’ll need your cooperation to try our suggested actions and let us know the feedback.

I tried all the items you listed in your post exactly as you instructed. The one consistent thing that happens is as soon as i activate graphene Neo Mobile helper, the site messes up. If I deactivate it, it works.

I have gone into my hosting account and uploaded it that way, & I have the same issue. If it would be helpful, I can try to send screenshots.
