Is your issue similar to the one reported here?

At the moment, the mobile menu on Franz Josef theme is limited to two levels deep only. We’ll expand this feature to allow for more levels in the next theme update.

    Dear Syahir Hakim,
many thanks for your response. I do not understand it though. My menu has only a maximum of 2 levels.

Do you know where the update will be provided?

    thx gregor

Menu levels are defined as such:

    Parent item <- first level
    - child item <- second level
-- grandchild item <- third level
    etc.

In the case of the Franz Josef theme, as of the current version the grandchild item and below would not be displayed when viewed on mobile devices.

Updates will be provided through the standard WordPress auto-update feature. You’ll see a notification on your WordPress dashboard when an update is available.

Dear Sakim, thanks for the answer. However, I have only 2 levels and the second level does not open in the mobile view. Can I pay for the support?

Even the first level with child-items is not klickable.

I can open the second level menu on your site. See the screenshot below.

Additionally, i noticed that a lot of scripts failed to load on your site (server does not respond in time), including the script included with the theme. This script is what enables the first level menu with child items to be clickable, so when it fails to load, the parent menu item is not clickable.

The site takes unusually long time to load every time I tried to access it (about 30 seconds). If you experience this as well, it might be a good idea to talk to your host and ask them how can it be improved. Typically, even with unoptimized sites, the load time is below 10 seconds.
