Can't open widgets..

    Try in a different browser/system.

    If nothing works, re-install wordpress.

    Try setting WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php and see what error WordPress throws out.

    i don’t know exact where i find it…….i find wp-config.php in ftp?

    It’s in the root directory of your WordPress installation.
