There was a theme update last night. If you automatically upgraded to graphene 1.8 then you should expect some problems. I just finished upgrading to version 1.7.3 myself and had to re-adjust my widgets (they somehow got reversed). Also, I had to set my Column Mode again under Display > Column Options or graphene 1.7.3 would lose my sidebar settings on pages using the defaults.
I have not had time to evaluate graphene 1.8 yet, so these steps may not work you. However, it doesn’t look like your sidebar is being hidden by css. In fact, it looks like your sidebar is empty. (Your footer sidebars look fine; unfortunately, mine get merged in version 1.8.)
