    Thanks KJO.

Unfortunately, when I place the widget in the footer area, it shows up above (what I consider to be) the footer area and looks out of place and unprofessional. I was hoping to have it actually show up in the center of the main footer area.

And I had already tried the Graphene Options >> General Options >> Footer Options >> “Copyright text (html allowed) “, but it won’t let me modify the current text that is in that field. I can’t select that text and edit it.

I just looked back at older posts such as: http://trailsnet.com/2011/12/12/electric-bikes-on-trails/

and the comments are working fine on those. So this must be a recent problem.

As far as comment plugins, I just scanned through all the plugins for this site, and I don’t see any comment plugins. I know I’ve got the Jetpack Comments enabled. I’m not sure if that’s the one that Grapheme options refers to when it says: Use WordPress Settings (for the comments option).?

    Thanks for the suggestions, Kenneth.

Yes. Those were the first two things I checked when I realized the comments weren’t showing up on the Trailsnet.com blog posts. As you can see by the screen-shots I’ve enclosed, neither of those options seems to have a clearcut “comments on or off for blog posts” option. But it seems like I’ve checked & unchecked all the appropriate boxes. Comments are working fine on the trail and regular pages but not on blog posts.

Excellent, Ken!! That seems to have worked. The comments are now available on the pages where I need them.

I appreciate your help & patience.

Thanks again, Ken. I’ll give that a try. I’ve just been searching for the disable option and discovered the Deactivate option. Is that the same thing? I’d hate to mess things up by doing the wrong thing.

I seem to remember getting this message on my individual trail posts even before I installed the No Page Comment widget, so this may just be a JetPack issue.

Thanks Ken. I installed the No Page Comments plugin on Trailsnet, and it seems like a great addition, but…

… With the plugin installed, as an administrator I’m able to add comments in edit mode (admin panel). But on the regular website pages viewed by the general public, such as the Trail Talk page, under the Leave a Reply area where users would generally leave comments, it has the (error?) message, “Blog token not found.” I’m not sure what that means, but it seems to be blocking people from leaving comments on that page.

(It looks like they can reply to the comments that I’ve written, but not start their own comment thread.)

Does anyone out there know if it’s possible to have comments on selected pages using the Graphene theme? Your help is appreciated.
