If you have FTP access, check to see if the file style.css is there in the wo-content/themes/graphene/ folder.

Are you using some kind of plugin to add captions to images? Try deactivating that. WordPress already has its own captioning feature.

The files must still be there, but somehow not visible to Filezilla. Maybe it’s some server settings. You can still delete and install the theme through the WordPress admin.

Actually, you can disable the box shadow yourself using the Custom CSS option, using

The files are there in wp-content/themes/graphene/. What program are you using that you see it’s empty?
