I am currently using WordPress HTTPS plugin.

I am willing to do pretty much anything to get this working, so your advice is greatly appreciated.

When you scroll to the bottom of the page, you see the error message above the credit card. Also, if you go to the same page but the https:

https://login.premierreferees.com/officials-registration/premier-referees-registration/

You will get a 404 Page Not Found error.
