Those are homepage panes. They are available in Graphene if you are using a static home page.

I haven’t. You can try deleting those items from your menu, saving the menu, and then re-adding them. Might be a glitch in the database somewhere.

That rule does work and it is being applied. The problem is that it is on top of this image:
http://landmarkoaks.com/xtraimages/content.jpg
which has a white area just under the post area you would like to be transparent.
Since jpg does not support transparency, you’ll need to replace that version with a png version with the white area removed and allowed to remain transparent. I think that will get you where you want to go.

That is really strange.
I can see that you haven’t edited the theme style sheet. Have you edited any other theme files?
I am seeing random 503 errors on your site.
You can try temporarily disabling all your plugins to see if one of them is causing the issue.

You have disabled right-click, so it is difficult to examine this issue more closely on your site.

I will try to get caught up on these this weekend. That site is gorgeous. It just goes to show how flexible Graphene is.
