There has been a lot of discussion about this in the last few weeks in this forum. Take a few minutes to have a look around and I’m sure you will find the information you are looking for.

No, it’s blue. Try refreshing the page. See this post.

August 29, 2011 at 3:59 pm #16676The plugin instructions are here.
A shortcode means that you type exactly what you see between the square brackets, including the brackets, like this:
[short_code}I believe that the My Calendar plugin requires you to put the calendar on its own page. I never had much luck with it and don’t use it anymore.

Hmmm…. I can’t reproduce this error using the latest versions of Firefox, IE, Safari, or Chrome for Windows. Are you still seeing this problem?

Okay, I tried this out on my test blog and it doesn’t work. I gave you bad advice. Sorry. If I can figure this out I’ll let you know.

Anything that is a link is usually controlled by the anchor css selector
a. The hover state is controlled bya:hover.Try:
#secondary-menu a, #secondary-menu a:hoverYou will probably have to play around with this a bit.

Could you please tell me where do you see this?
Well, that was donna03281’s website, not yours. But every time I loaded it, Microsoft Security Essentials flagged it as suspicious. So I ran it through http://www.unmaskparasites.com/ and it found suspicious code.
This sometimes happens with certain third-party software. In the case of WP, some plugins will load their own code on your site.
But your site was okay, so no worries.

Do you have a sample code snippet.
As a matter of fact I do. I posted all of my blog’s custom CSS here. It’s kind of long, which makes me think that a child theme is in order.
How did you change the font color of the “Leave a Reply” at the bottom of the page in that link?
I believe
.return-topis the CSS class you’re looking for. (I styled mine a bit differently, however.)Ken

Oh, that’s not what I was thinking of, but that is seriously cool. Thanks. I’ve been afraid of writing long pages until now.
