Wrong translation

Hi

Graphene theme has wrong translation for Slovenian language. I’m using WP 4.2.2. and Graphene Version: 1.9.4.1. Who did this translation? Or can I help and correct the language file?

After doing a search of topics on this forum I found similar topic, but not solved
