hi,

i am using wp storecart and each product i add comes up as a page in the pages menu. How do i stop that from happening?

I would also be interested in what e-commerce plug-ins work best with Graphene & WP 3.1.

Great theme… I look forward to giving a good run through and hope to add it to my top tier themes.

Numbers:

Use Custom Menu to define what goes on into the menu. Appearance > Menus.

Most (if not all) WordPress e-commerce plugins have their own templating system that goes right into the content area of any theme. I haven’t tried any e-commerce plugins with the Graphene theme before, but I’ve been using the WP-e-commerce plugins for several times previously for other clients with custom-built themes. It’s buggy as hell, and difficult to customise without touching the plugin’s core code, but so far IMHO it’s the best e-commerce plugin we have so far for WordPress.

I came across this post, and am wondering if you could assist in how to get WP E-commerce to work with graphane, as everything looks good, but i get mixed up pages and errors when going to store products pages, as explained here:

1, if you click on a category it shows an image of the header, and the title is the last product you put in the category, , then this wording:-

“Pages: 1 2Next >Last » Sale Child Feeding A Fawn Embroidery Design

Old Price: $3.80

Price: $3.00

More Details Updating cart… Fawn Embroidery Design

Price: $1.50

More Details Updating cart… Springbok Embroidery Design

with no links whatsoever, the “more link” button below this goes to what seems to be the first product put in that category only, and no where else, the url is given as:-

http://embroideries.info/products-page/embroideries

but if you add an ‘s’ to the word page, it fixes it (but my customers do not know this…..

Similar thing when clicking on a product tag, the resultant url is http://embroideries.info/tagged/embroidery-design

the page shows one product image linked to its product page, and this wording without links:-

clicking the more button, results in what appears to be the first product in the category page

the pagination also does the same ie, it goes to page 2, or /page/2, but does the same as above.

Any help is appreciated, especially since this is “straight out of the box” so to speak.

Yes, I had to change it to the twenty ten theme which i do not like, but works, if you wish I can allow you admin access or even ftp access as well to be able to see for yourself what happens when it is changed, or I can change it back to graphane for you and let you have a look again
