WordPress Toolbar missing

    System: WordPress 3.5 / Graphene 1.8.2

    (Probably) since the last Graphene-update (in december?) the WordPress toolbar is missing in the frontend but is shown in the backend. The toolbar-checkbox in my WordPress profile settings is activated. With other themes it works fine both in frontend and backend.

    How the toolbar can be activated?

    This may be a plugin conflict of some sort. Have you tried disabling plugins?

    What are you showing the toolbar in the frontend for? Forms? Provide the URL to the frontend page with the toolbar so that we can take a look.
