Will settings get lost if deactivate Graphene child theme?

    Hi:

    Due to possible incompatibility issues on my WP website installing WPML plugins, it was guested by the WPML support team that I need to deactivate all plugins and themes, and after installation of WPML, re-activate the plugs and themes..

    Since my website has been built to an almost complete, I do not want to risk losing all the settings after the suggested deactivation steps. Could you please comment on whether deactivate the Graphene Child theme, the theme-related settings will get lost?

    You can’t deactivate a theme; you can only select one. Plugins can be deactivated, however. It is generally a good idea to deactivate plugins before making major changes to your site.
