Widget titles have different sizes

Using new graphene theme with child theme. site is basileiamissionsinc.org Have number of text widgets in first sidebar position. First (top) widget title is fine, but others are too small. Cannot find where that setting comes from. When I check with firebug I see CSS that is not anywhere in graphene style.css!

Can you straighten me out?

Try disabling plugins and seeing if the problem goes away:

I seem to be getting what I want just by adding regular html to my text box text.

Is this OK?

You should be adding them to the widget that is missing the tags.
