Why does the following css code for hover work in Firefox and IE but Not in Google Chrome ?

Thanks for your help. So I looked into that and took it out BUT it came out looking different and nothing like how it looked before (even though this time it showed in Chrome) … so using Google Chrome inspect an element I put ” position: absolute; ” as the last of the code and it worked perfectly . These codes act funny since they are cascading so it turns out all I need to do was remove it from the middle and make it the last piece of the code. Thanks for your help I couldn’t have figured this out without you .
