Where is thumbnail coming from?

    (This is related to a previous post that I got resolved, but this is still an issue, so I am reposting)

    On this page http://castlecommunications.com/category/publishing-terms-2/

    The “Returns” entry is showing a thumbnail image in the excerpt, but the image is not on the page, so where is that image coming from? I need to get rid of it.

    Featured Image?

    Nope, no featured image. I can set a featured image and it replaces that thumbnail. But then if I remove it, it goes back to this one. Thanks!
