Hi my website is extremely slow . the only thing I have done is download a Captcha plugin and put two ads from my hosting company then this problem happened ? I cant login through wp-admin and my entire website is slow. What can I do through FTP to figure out what is happening and how to fix it ? I just emailed my hosting company for advice as well.
