Video icon in the post?

Sorry for my bad English but I’m Chilean and I’m using google to translate..

Lately it has turned into an icon of video on each input or post on my website and looking for that plugin might trigger this problem. But I think it was when you update the theme that this error happened. My site is a http://www.robertojacob.cl please help! Greetings from Chile.

Looks like the “Smart You Tube” plugin. Try disabling it.
