    Hi,

    I am looking to change the color of the excerpt’s background in slider.

    I know how to change the color of slider’s background but I want to change the color of the background where article’s excerpt text is displayed .

    No, it’s just that most of us here are teachers or students, and school is starting. There’s not a lot of extra time lying around.

    Try using Firebug for things like this. It really does make your life easier. Josh has a good video tut here:
