upgraded to 1.5.5 and now homepage panes appear twice

The last two posts I posted always appeared nicely at the bottom of my homepage (homepage pane?), today I upgraded to 1.5.5 and suddenly the 2 posts appear twice. One underneath the other.

How can I fix this?

Quick fix: Open up footer.php and remove this line

<?php do_action( 'graphene_bottom_content' ); ?>
