I received the following error when trying to access the wordpress admin dashboard for http://palomboforcongress.com

I have been in the functions.php file recently as I am setting up a new website and was looking at the functions.php file for reference. I don’t think I made any modifications to the file or the child functions.php file. Can anyone help me figure out how to correct this?

You either have a space before the opening <php tag or after the closing ?> tag. (These are at the beginning and end of your file.) Edit your functions file to take out those spaces, reupload it via FTP and everything should be good.
