Trying to load webform in side bar of just one post. Need direction

    Hello. Using the forum (and suggested tutorial regarding Action Hooks in the Graphene Template by Josh Lobe), I’ve successfully inserted a webform using the Action Hooks Widget area in ‘graphene_after_sidebar1’ for my site http://autorespondersreview.com

    However, I do not want the webform on every page and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as to how I can insert that same webform only in the sidebar of 1 specific post. I’m a non-coder. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

    Install the Widget Logic plugin to control which posts/pages individual widgets appear on.
