Top Bar, i want insert a menu with "Home" "Tel" "ADD ME" etc

Hi and thank you for your theme very nice of wordpress. I have a little problem in top bar, becasue i have deleted Rss and search bar but now i want insert this tiles “HOME” etc but i not know how i can insert. Can you help me?
