hello,

i have installed graphene mobile neo by following the installationguide and have made the general settings. But on the iphone the site looks like bevor. My site is http://www.laufschuhkauf.de. I have the same result if i use the google test: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/?url=www.laufschuhkauf.de

Have someone an idea whats wrong?

Did you install the Any Mobile Theme plugin and select Graphene Neo for mobile devices?

The Plugins “any mobile theme switcher” and “graphene mobile neo helper” are installed and activated. Under settings i choose for mobile devices “graphene mobile neo”.

If i use the following link then i colud see the mobile version but if i try to check it fom mobile devices i only get the desktop version.

Any other ideas?

Is it right that normally the mobile theme adapt automatically to the device?

It appears that you are using the Quick Cache plugin for your site, which caches the pages and bypass normal WordPress processing. I would recommend upgrading to Zen Cache (the free replacement for Quick Cache). Then, add the following lines to Zen Cache’s “User Agent Exclusion Pattern” setting:

Alternatively, I would recommend switching to WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache, which has better support for detection of mobile user agents.

Hello,

using the Google test for responsive design the result is the following: “the site is not optimized for mobile devices”. Could i change this with the graphene mobile setiings or some code changes?

Hmmm and at the moment samsung galaxy and iphone don’t switch automatically to the mobile theme :-/
