    Hi,

    I’m having an issue quit a long time that I can’t solve.

    I’m trying to configure any color for the hovered links inside the posts, but it always stays BLACK.

    I think it has something to do with the WP itself but I can’t put my finger on it.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    you can see all links in my blog here: http://blog.udiburg.com.

    This is also happening when I try to change the background color of the hover menu item of the Graphene theme. It is always stays BLACK.

    Thanks,

    Udi.

    Did you try to change it with a different browser, especially firefox?

    You mean not with Firefox?

    You should be able to adjust this color by going to your admin panel -> appearance -> graphene options -> “colors” tab…

    Then, scroll down to “Content Text”.

    In that sub-menu.. there is an option to change each of the link state colors.

    Josh,

    I know where to change it, the problem is that it is staying on BLACK and it doesn’t matter which color I will choose. Really strange problem.

    And only for the hover links and hover menu.

    Your plugin Better Tag Cloud / nktagcloud is imposing its own style on the links.

    try to deactivate that and you’ll see the results.

    You’re genius, it was the Better Tag Cloud.

    Now I left with the issue of the BLACK hover on the menu that is still not resolved.

    I’m changing all colors in the Graphene options and it doesn’t help.

    Ron… hello, my friend 🙂 Glad to “see” you again!!

    @007me,

    Have you modified your stylesheet or added anything to your custom css in the graphene options?

    Josh,

    In the custom CSS field of Graphene I only have this:

    #nav, #nav ul {

    z-index: 20;

    }

    Don’t remember why, I only remember there was an issue with the theme and I’ve got recommendation to add it, but it’s not related to colors.

    Okay… that shouldn’t interfere…

    Well, now when I mouseover your links… they are green. The last time I checked, they were black.

    So… either you got this fixed… or you need to refresh your browser??

    Josh,

    the links are ok now, I know, the issue that I’m still suffering from is in the menu line where when hovering over the menu items you’re getting BLACK instead of kind of white that I’ve configured.

    So did you also try switching the color of that option in the Graphene options panel?

    Graphene Options -> “colors” tab -> Primary menu

    If you already did that… then something else is interfering… and we’ll have to look further into it.
