The Header tag does not have an ALT attribute defined.

Any idea how I can add an ALT attribute to the header image?

I have added an ALT tag to the image in the media gallery section but it is not recognising this in the header as you can see below.

The alt tag is only displayed in non-graphical browsers and user agents. Do you want something to appear when you hover over the image?

Yes, the alt attributes on the webpages associated with the header image are blank and this is affecting the optimisation of the pages on my site. It seems to be a default setting because as I say, I have been into the media gallery and added a title, alt description etc for the image and this has saved correctly.
