Text is shown as italic by default. How to change it to regular?

Graphene theme is my favorite wordpress theme for many reasons.

However, I don’t understand why the text (formatted as paragraph) is always shown italic, not regular, in Google Chrome browser.

It’s only showing regular when it’s bold.

Is there any way to fix/change it?

Here are just a few examples:

I have more websites with Graphene installed, but basically all of them are showing normal text in italic in Chrome. Only bold text, headers and post titles are shown non-italic.

I am running the latest version of Google Chrome browser in Windows 7 and everything looks fine to me:

That’s really strange. I also have the latest version of Google Chrome browser in Windows 7, but it does not look right on my side (sorry I don’t see how to insert an image here).

Well, I guess I have to leave it as is. At least it’s showing right on other browsers.

Thanks for quick response, I really appreciate that.
