Tag Line not displayed in Graphene Mobile (Tag Line is displayed for PC viewing)

    On my website (www.rvha.org), the tagline appears when viewed from a PC using a browser.
    But on the iphone using either Safari or Firefox, the tagline is not displayed.
    Is this intentional in the design ?
