Hi,

All of a sudden today an empty gray frame (one column/two rows) appeared on the top right corner of my website as viewed in Google Chrome (latest version). I checked it on Internet Explorer and it appears filled in with white. I have screen shots but couldn’t figure out how to embed or attach them.

I tried updating to the most recent Graphene version but it didn’t make any difference. I would appreciate any help you could give me!

Not a Graphene bug, so moved to Support.

If you use Chrome’s “Inspect Element” feature (right click on the element in question), you will see that this is actually part of your Facebook widget.

Hi Kenneth,

Thank you! I removed the facebook widgets and the problem is gone. Now I just have to figure out how to fix the facebook code.

Well…this is really hard to do now. It is only a part of that code that is the issue, probably. So you should reinstall it and then play around with it until it is good. If you reinstall it and then use “Inspect Element” you will be able to figure out which part of the code is causing the issue.

It also showed up in Firefox, btw.
