Sticky Header Navigation Makes Page Flicker

    I’m trying to use the sticky header navigation but the whole page flickers when I scroll down. I’ve searched the forum for “sticky nav” and “sticky flicker” but found no similar issues.

    Note: When I scroll the page in Customizer or with the Chrome Inspector on it does not flicker. Something with the z-index perhaps?

    Apology: I just added some plain text to one of the sections on the page and it no longer flickers on scroll.

    Still not sure why it flickered before and hope understanding it will help others with the same problem in the future.
