Static Homepage with Slider NOT updating with new posts

    I’m running a child theme that I DID not develop and have been having issues the last few weeks, first with the desktop version running the mobile graphene version, and now, with the static homepage not showing the most recently published posts. The page is stuck on Feb 20. I have cleared my caches, both on the computer and the site. I activated and deactivated my WP Fast Cache, added W3 Total Cache (which was WAY too complicated for me), deactivated that, and went back to WP Fast Cache and the problem is still there.

    Any ideas?

    Does anyone actually monitor this forum? Our problem resolved with de-activated plug-ins and then mysteriously returned today. Homepage is not updating with current posts and categories and new posts are not loading properly, rendering the posts unreadable.
