I have two WP websites with the Graphene theme. On the Trailsnet site, the slider works perfectly. On the PTVshow site, the slider is static. It always shows the same content and never changes as it’s supposed to. I have compared the slider options, side by side, of these two Graphene themed sites and the exact same options are chosen for each.

So I can’t figure out why one works fine and the other one doesn’t. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried disabling plugins to see if one of them is causing the issue?

Thanks for the suggestion, Kenneth. I can give that a try. Are there any particularly notorious plugins that i could try first?

Your minified script has an error:

ReferenceError: WPGroHo is not defined

Try excluding the script that contains that WPGroHo part from the minification list.

Thanks for your help, Syahir. I was able to find the “minify” page in the performance tab. But I’m afraid I don’t know how to exclude the script that contains the WPGroHo part. I’m not even sure how to access the minification list.

I did notice that w3 Total Cache is part of the minification page. Do you think that I should just deactivate W3 Total Cache?

If you’re using W3TC for the minification, just disable the minification feature of the plugin.

You’re welcome. If you’re interested, try using WP Minify for the minification. It gives you far more options especially for issues like this.
