  • HTEMeditor

    Hi there,

    Just started this new site using the best them I could find: Graphene(good work!!!)

    I want to get rid of the border around the image in the slider main body.

    I want more image in the slider – what piece of code can i tweak to set this?

    Can you help??

    I wish I could help you with this. Josh is the real slider expert around here, but he’s taking some time off. If you search through some of his posts, however, I’m pretty sure he’s addressed this issue before.

    Josh’s posts:

    Good luck!

    Haha… Thanks Ken.

    @ HTEMeditor,

    To get rid of your background color around the slider; add this to your Custom CSS:

    .featured_slider {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;

    I want more image in the slider – what piece of code can i tweak to set this?

    Well, each post or page can have a custom section displayed in the slider. You can set a custom URL for your image for each page/post; and you can specify the text to show by using a custom excerpt on each page/post you want to display in the slider.

    The customization possibilities are endless… you just need to experiment with it 🙂

    ah ok.

    I think I’ve seen the slider being used so that it’s much all image. There’s some room for text at the bottom of the slider with a greyed-out background.

    Thanks again for your help with this!!!
