Slider has frozen.

    Hello,

    I’m the editor of Open Unionism – http://www.openunionism.com. Yesterday our slider, which shows our five latest posts, stopped working and remains frozen on the most recent article. Does anybody know how to fix this?

    WordPress bundled jQuery is not being loaded in your site. Instead, something is loading jQuery from Google CDN. Deactivate all plugins to check if it is a plugin conflict. (I bet, it is). Then activate plugins one by one to check which plugin is causing this.

    Moved to support. This is not a theme bug.

    Hi , I join the conversation because, I too recently got my “slider” frozen …

    I checked all plugins to make sure none was interfering. It didn’t change anything. My slider is still frozen on the first post selected.

    Sorry for getting the wrong classification.

    OK, I have done as you suggested. The plugin causing problems is the WP Socialiser, thank you. How do I resolve the problem?

    WP Socialiser plugin loads version 1 of jQuery from Google AJAX CDN! I’ve reported that plugin.

    Marking thread as resolved. You can do this yourself as well.
