Hi on my site http://anzballaz.com/store/ I have a woocommerce store plugin installed. No matter what I do, I can’t change the sidebar. I can have the page template set to no sidebar, one sidebar, two sidebars and they all have the same look as it does currently where it has one sidebar underneath the content.

The store page is an archive page, not any regular Page, so you can’t set a page template to it.

so why does the sidebar appear at the bottom of the page? is there any way to get rid of it?

Looks like there’s an unclosed <div> for the store layout. The sidebar1 div should be outside of the content-main div.
