Show the site title to the right of the rss icon in the top bar

Hello Syahir!

First: Thanks for making this great theme, I’m really glad I found it.

Second: What is the easiest way to show the site title or any other plain text (with white, bold text, size 16) just to the right of the rss-icon in the top bar.

It’s about adding Facebook icons to the right of the RSS icon, but really anything can be added using the same method, including the site title or plain texts.
