Shortcodes Removed?

    I noticed that shortcodes were removed from the latest update (1.9.4). It says it is due to them “no longer allowed by WordPress Theme Review Team.”

    I have multiple sites which used the pullquote shortcode on many pages and blogs. Do you have any insight as to why the WP review team no longer allows shortcodes?

    Any insight you have would be helpful – I’m looking at manually editing hundreds and hundreds of pages/blogs.

    They created a graphene shortcode plugin instead.

    Oh, thank you! I guess I just needed to wait for the plugin to be announced. I installed it, and it works perfectly. Yay for not having to go through my site page by page! Thank you so much!
