    Hi

I have run severel test through Pingdom Tools.

    http://minmadopskrift.dk/

And I got this message every time:

    Response Headers 404 Request Headers

    [object% 20HTMLDivElement] minmadopskrift.dk /

Text was highlighted with a yellow color.

Which mean: The web browser is waiting for data from the server.

The waiting time is approx. 1 second!

I simply cannot figure out what is wrong.

    Does anyone have an idea?

Try disabling the plugin that provides the image lazyload feature.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it had no effect.

    Pingdom Tools analyses says:

    4xx

A client error occurred, for example 404 page not found.

The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources

    http://minmadopskrift.dk/%5Bobject%20HTMLDivElement%5D

But I can’t find this link, and remove it?

I can’t find it either when visiting your site, which means it doesn’t affect the end user (but somehow it affects Pingdom Tools). It’s probably just a minor thing that you shouldn’t worry about too much.

Ok, I will drop this subject.

You’re right, no need to spend more time on this.

Thank you for taking your time to answer this question.

    I really appreciate it

I had the same issue. It’s probably the theme-slider file (v.1.8.3). I removed the new code about /* Preload slider background images */ and the issue resolved. I hope you can find the problem. My coding skills are not that good.

    Thank you.

You must insert a code to your child theme; otherwise, the theme will regenerate the code when you update it.

Maybe Syahir Hakim or Prassana can provide you the code for the child theme

Sjaak. The object%20HTMLDivElement error was due to a 400 – 404 error page. I inserted object%20HTMLDivElement in the plug-in redirection and made a 301 code.

Yeah, I encountered this during development as well, but thought I’ve fixed it cause it’s not there anymore when I tested it. I’ll try to dig up more and see if there’s anything I missed.

In any case, I would suggest leaving the code on, since having the slider images transition smoothly for your visitors beats appeasing network test result any time.
