Replace placeholder in php files

    Hello all,

    i have got a question. I find out that i can replace in the php files the english words through german words.

    And so i can change for example <input type=”text” name=”s” class=”form-control” placeholder=”Search”> to <input type=”text” name=”s” class=”form-control” placeholder=”Suche”>.

    Thats fine. But whats about an update? Are the changings then lost and how could i prevent that?

    Could please someone helf me?

    In Graphene and WordPress in general, translations should be done using a translation file. In this case however, we have missed including that string in the translation file. Will get it fixed in the next update.
