Remove mouseover timestamp on date in Firefox; changing the comments anchor

    Hi all,

    I was wondering if there’s a way to remove the underline and mouseover text that appears on the date, only in Firefox. This is what I’m referring to:

    I’d just like to have the date displayed as normal, with no timestamp popping up on the mouseover, as in Chrome/IE.

    Also, I was wondering if there’s a simple way to change the #respond anchor for comments to #comments, as a comments plugin I’m using doesn’t use the #respond anchor. As such, when there are no comments posted, the link doesn’t jump to the comments section as possible. I’m using a child theme, if that makes it any easier.
