I would like to redirect the read more link on my home page slider, not to that post but to another page on my website.

Any ideas please?

Did you see Graphene post-specific options when you editing your post? If you don’t see it then you have to enable it under Screen options.

Anyway it’s usually located under visual editor and inside you have a Custom slider URL. Enter URL of page you want to redirect to.
