Read more button to high

Oeps, I must have done something wrong, but I can’t think of what (as far as I know I did not change anything)…..

The read more button is to high up in the post. Every time I open the site it looks fine, but within secs it creaps up higher….

    Anybody knows what happened?

    Thanks!

    I see this:

and it’s not moving. Can you provide more details or a link to where this is happening?

Yeah, that’s what it should look like and that’s the page I am talking about. When I open the page it looks exactly like what you saw. Then the button moves up and goes through the text……

Is it something in my settings perhaps? Or my browser? I use chrome……

I shall empty my cache and change browsers to check…..

It’s fine in IE and Firefox but not in Chrome. I did empty my cache…… any ideas?

That screen capture was taken in Firefox. But I checked in Chrome and it’s not moving there, either.

Very likely. It could be a Chrome extension that is causing this very strange behavior. Before you do anything drastic, I would check your site using Chrome on another computer. (Or you can even create another user on your computer and use a clean install of Chrome there to check. I do this.)

If you can’t reproduce it elsewhere, I wouldn’t worry about it: it’s something strange with your Chrome install. If it really bothers you, you can always reset Chrome (a drastic measure, perhaps):

    Thanks Kenneth,

I created another user and checked….. it looked fine. So I started my computer again and everything was perfect again. Thank you!

    Chrome:

little wrench in top right -> tools -> clear browsing data

(get in the habit of using this a lot making these kinds of modifications)
