First let me says that I am a newbie with no experience with HTML. I am using your theme, which is just what I wanted, except . . . . I’m having a problem with the width of the content space. I am trying to put a sign up box on my site, but it’s not fitting on the page. Also, a white box is showing up underneath the box I created. I have no idea what’s going on. Can you help me to figure this out?
If I need to change code or something like that, I also need to know where I am making these changes. As I said, I don’t know anything about HTML or how it works.
I did get it fixed. It seems that the first box I wanted put there, one letting people sign up via Facebook, was too wide for the sidebar formatting to accommodate. I had to just use a regular sign up box instead. But I really wanted to use the Facebook interface because I think it will give me a better opt-in. Can you tell me how I can widen the page a bit? Even if I wind up not doing it, I’d like to know how.
Widening the theme is a big undertaking. You can read more about it here.
